TmrMerchant 's products/services are provided to you by TmrMerchant PTE.LTD. (Registered Address: 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD #11-53 PAYA LEBAR SQUARE SINGAPORE (409051) ) and its affiliates through the following channels: including but not limited to the TmrMerchant website ( www. TmrMerchant.com.sg ), TmrMerchant App and other clients. For certain specific products/services, we will also formulate separate privacy policies to explain the special policies of these products/services to you. If there is any inconsistency between the relevant specific privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, the specific privacy policy shall apply.

1 How we collect and use your personal information
The basic functions of TmrMerchant App include "retail of goods and retail of services". Your consent to this Privacy Policy indicates that you have understood the basic functions provided by our products and services, as well as the necessary personal information required for the operation of the basic functions, and have given the corresponding collection and use authorization. However, it does not mean that you agree that we collect and process non-essential personal information. Personal information collected for extended functions will be separately obtained from you when you use specific functions. If you refuse to enable extended functions and non-essential personal information, it will not affect your use of basic functions.
1.1 Scenarios where you need to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
We will follow the principles of legitimacy, legality and necessity to collect and use your personal information for the following purposes described in this policy.
1.1.1 Help you become our user
In order to comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and provide you with more convenient services, when you register as a TmrMerchant user, you need to provide at least a mobile phone number to create a TmrMerchant account and complete relevant network identity information (such as avatar, nickname and login password, etc.) ; we will upload the mobile phone number you provide to the server for processing, and keep it strictly confidential, and take appropriate data security technical measures to ensure security. If you only need to use functions such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as our user and provide the above information.
When you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account to register or log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, and other information you authorized on the page) from the third party and bind it to your TmrMerchant account for quick login. In some cases where you choose to register or log in using a third-party account, we need to re-verify and bind your mobile phone number to confirm the authenticity and relevance of the third-party account.
During the process of registering and using your account, if you are willing to provide the following additional personal information, it will help us provide you with more personalized services: including your gender, birthday, permanent residence, hometown, preferences, family information, etc. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of TmrMerchant services .
Identity verification : In order to comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements, ensure the authenticity of user identities, and implement anti-fraud and other risk controls, we need to collect your relevant information for identity verification when you use specific services/functions. For example, when you use the “Account Retrieval” function, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID number , or other information that can prove your personal identity, to verify your identity and help you retrieve your account.
2) Log information. When you use the products/services we provide, we will collect your browsing, clicking, favorites, adding to shopping carts, transactions, after-sales, and other information and save them as relevant network logs, including your IP address, browser type, language used, operating system version, access date and time, telecom operator, network request, etc. In order to ensure that you can receive messages in time when using the TmrMerchant platform services, our software needs to maintain communication with the server to make necessary updates, including local hotspot updates, software updates and upgrades, etc. These settings are based on providing users with a better user experience.
3) Sensor information. When you use our products/services, we may collect your sensor information to adapt to your device status or to identify your actions when you choose to participate in activities. The sensor types in different scenarios may be different, and we will only use them in specific scenarios. For example, in the "Scan" scenario, the light sensor is used to determine the dark environment so that you can show you whether to turn on the flash or adjust the brightness; for example, when you play videos or participate in interactive activities, gravity, acceleration, gyroscopes and other sensors are used to adapt the device's horizontal and vertical screen status or to show you the next interactive scene.
1.1.3 Provide you with booking, ordering and order management functions
When you book/order food, entertainment, lifestyle services and other services on TmrMerchant , you will need to provide contact information (name, phone number, etc.) , address information (such as when filling in the billing address ), service preferences (such as the number of diners, etc.), etc. according to the type of service you choose.
1.1.4 Provide you with collection, following, sharing and recommendation functions
In order to help you manage your preferences, find users or communities with common interests, get an easier access experience, share with friends and third parties, etc., you can collect/follow/join merchants/users/tribes that you are interested in, or share information with third parties through functional components. We will collect the log information generated when you use the above functions, and use it to display it to you on your personal homepage, enable online management, initiate sharing, and recommend users with common interests to you.
TmrMerchant services.We may also recommend friends to you or recommend you to other users based on your authorized address book information, friend relationships, and log information to help you expand your social circle. You can turn off or cancel friend relationships in the privacy settings for this function, and you can also manage the scope of what others can view (such as people you follow, fans, and avatar nicknames displayed when sharing). Once turned off, you may not be able to share and communicate with your friends on TmrMerchant, but it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of TmrMerchant services.
When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we need to access your clipboard permissions locally and read the passwords, sharing codes, and links contained therein to implement functions or services such as jump, share, and activity linkage. We will only upload the clipboard content to our server when we locally identify that it belongs to TmrMerchant jump, share, activity linkage and other instructions. In addition, we will not upload other information on your clipboard to our server. The system of some mobile devices will prompt that the application (App) is reading the clipboard, but the system prompt cannot distinguish whether it is local processing or upload, and due to differences in statistical methods, the possibility of false alarms cannot be ruled out. Therefore, if you find similar prompts and have questions, please contact us so that we can locate the problem.
If the software version and hardware device you use support fingerprint or face ID payment ( TouchID , Face ID), you can also choose to turn on or off the corresponding fingerprint or face ID payment function in the payment settings . We will provide corresponding options during your payment process . You can also choose other payment methods such as password and SMS verification code. During the payment process, we only collect the verification results, and do not directly collect your fingerprint or face ID information .
1.1.6 Provide you with security
In order to ensure the security of your account, transaction and system operation, and to meet the relevant requirements of laws, regulations and our agreement rules, we will obtain your device information and network status information with your authorization during your access and use of our products/services , including the device model, device MAC address, device serial number (SN), device identification code (such as IMEI/ AndroidID /IDFA/IDFV/Android OAID/HarmonyOS OAID/UAID and other device identifiers), sensor information, WIFI status (such as SSID, BSSID), (such as IP address), telecom operator and other hardware and software feature information. We will not obtain the above information in advance without your authorization.
At the same time, in order to prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about the list of installed mobile applications or running processes, the overall operation, usage and frequency of applications, application crashes, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources to determine account security, transaction security, identify violations of laws and regulations, and detect and prevent security incidents.

You can choose to delete the completed order information, but this may result in us being unable to accurately provide the corresponding after-sales service based on your purchase information.
